Our products are generously cut and especially tailored for big men, typically having wider thigh and calf fitting. You really don’t need to order several sizes larger: We suggest going for a good fit every time. Please refer to the size chart below if you are uncertain which size fits you.

How to order
You can order safely and easily on line using our shopping cart system or call us, weekdays from 9am to 5.30pm, for advice, queries or to order. Our offices are permanently staffed.
We aim to make shopping for clothes as painless as possible! Add one product to the cart by clicking the 'add to basket' link against the product listing. The contents of your shopping basket are then displayed, and you can change the quantity or remove the item if you wish. Click on the 'continue shopping ' button, and you return to the shopping page where you can add further products.
You can review, change or cancel your order at any time prior to the checkout by clicking the 'view basket' button which is located at the top right of each page.
To complete your order, go to your shopping basket and click the 'checkout' link. This will take you to a secure encrypted server, where you will be asked for your delivery address and given a choice of payment options. You can pay by credit, debit card or Paypal (sorry we cannot accept American Express).
Credit card transactions are securely processed via HSBC Bank plc, using the highest level encryption that is commercially available. The transaction on your statement will show 'Katy Brown Ltd'.

Prices
All prices are in Pounds Sterling, including VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change any advertised price or withdraw special offers at any time and will advise you of any such change before despatch.
Delivery
We know that you expect prompt delivery so we have made it a priority at Extra Large Clothing. Our fast, efficient delivery service comes direct to your home or place of work. Our bulk stocks means that most orders are processed same day and delivered normally within 1-3 working days from payment anywhere within the UK mainland. Delivery cost is charged at a single, low rate per order and not per item.
Where overnight delivery is specified, this applies to orders placed before 1pm and means ‘next working day’. Thus orders placed on Friday will, unless agreed, be delivered on Monday. We also ship worldwide, please contact us for delivery charges.
Thinking of returning an item? Use Our Easy 14 Day Return Policy
We hope you will be delighted with your clothes! However, if you find an item doesn’t fit, or you are unhappy with the quality, or you simply don’t like an item, it can be returned to us, as new and unworn within 14 days for exchange or refund. Please contact us by phone or e-mail before returning any items as we cannot accept returns without prior arrangement.
